Tinos, a luxury villa (2010) at a dominant position, just one hundred and fifty meters from a wonderful sandy beach, on a valuable plot of land of five stremma. It is a technically excellent, robust construction, with respect to Cycladic architecture, with all modern comforts. It was equipped and decorated by well-known European companies, alongside the best natural materials, such as fine Tinian marble and oak paneling on the ceiling. It has central heating, storage sheds, two sixty-five cubic meter water tanks and a comfortable, roofed, perimeter corridor (“gkntounto” in the local dialect) to protect the building against bad weather.It consists of eight bedrooms with queen-size or king-size beds, air conditioners, six bathrooms, two WCs, two fully equipped kitchens, as well as one more outdoors. So, alongside the use as a residence, it is efficiently offered for touristic use.Outside, paved terraces have been created on both levels, several patio areas in the well-preserved garden and a large swimming pool of x cubic meters and dimensions x by x meters. On this level, three gazebos for sun protection are included, with shade curtains, as well as comfortable loungers with a modern design. In the rest of the plot, apart from the wonderful olive grove, an essential element of the Cycladic natural environment, you can find a stone-built cabin and a historic threshing floor.The view is assuredly unobstructed towards the neighboring village, the calm, blue Aegean sea, the passing ships and the neighboring islands.
