Tinos, in one of the most popular, mountainous, traditional villages of the Cyclades, a restored stone-built residence of two hundred and thirty-five square meters on a plot of one hundred and eighty-three. It is a centuries-old construction, at a dominant position, in a famous village, which `gives birth` and hosts artists. It has been meticulously restored and renovated, twice in the last twenty years (2023), fully respecting the local architecture, while serving modern needs. Its stone-built structure was shown up, all the doors, the old hearth, the beams with the stone slabs on the roof, the famous marble lintels, the impressive arches (walk), which support the whole structure, were preserved. It is developed on three levels, with spacious rooms and large outdoor spaces. It consists of the main house on two floors, with a living-dining room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, one also with a fireplace, a separate, equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and storage shed. On the ground floor - downstairs, a fully independent guesthouse was created, with a living room, infrastructure for a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and storage shed. Special care has been taken to create comfortable, stylish outdoor spaces with stone benches, barbecue, well-kempt flower beds and an outdoor shower. In the course of the years, the neighboring plot of four hundred and forty square meters was added with a perspective, offering the possibility of expanding the garden or erecting an additional building, with an S.D. of 0.8. The short distance of seven to fifteen minutes from at least seven nearby beaches offers the pleasure of the unique sea of the Cyclades. Perhaps the most important advantage is the impressive, wide view to the terraced coastline, the endless blue of the Aegean and the neighboring islands. A rarely available property with guaranteed added value in a prime location, thus keeping the character and atmosphere of medieval Tinos.
